Day 1: June 10, 2021 - Arrive into San Francisco and transfer to the hotel.
Today you have the option to explore the city at your leisure or take a tour of Alcatraz (not included). Tonight we meet at 5:00 PM and take the famous San Francisco trolley down to Fisherman's Wharf. We will enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant at the famous San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf. Taste the fresh and delicious seafood this area is famous for. Enjoy some time to stroll the waterfront and check out the local shops and sea lions which hang out here before dinner.

One arrival transfer is included that departs the airport at 1:00 PM. Later flights are possible however a private transfer will be arranged at an additional cost. (D)
Day 2: June 11 - This morning after breakfast we depart for our journey to Napa Valley. We will enjoy a day of winery tours and wine tastings at 3 different vineyards. Each has been hand selected for a fine wine tasting and unique setting offering the best local California wines for your enjoyment. A special picnic lunch will be enjoyed at one of the wineries. You will have some time to explore this lovely town of Napa and it’s quaint and local boutique shops and wine tasting rooms. Dinner tonight in town at your leisure.

Day 3: June 12 - After breakfast we head to Sonoma Valley. Your day in this California wine country comprises of wonderful wineries each offering a different variety of wines. Each wine tasting takes place in a beautiful setting, where your representatives at each winery will explain the different varieties you’ll sample and the background of the wineries. You will enjoy a wonderful "Wine Makers" lunch at one of the wineries with a unique selection of fine wines to be paired with each dish. Enjoy some time to explore this quaint town of Sonoma. Your choice for dinner tonight is to eat in Sonoma or head back to Napa for dinner. (B, L)
Day 4: June 13 - We will depart after breakfast for San Francisco. Our first stop is Muir Woods where we will enjoy a walk through this magical forest of huge Red Woods that are several years old and offer a unique experience of nature. We will enjoy some scenic streams along the the wooded area. Out next stop is in Sausalito for lunch at the marina with breathtaking views of the bay dotted with sail boats passing by and the Golden Gate bridge in the background. Enjoy some time at leisure in this beautiful little town and explore Sausalito with it's many galleries and boutique shops. Next we head across the Golden Gate bridge into San Francisco where we will enjoy a scenic tour of San Francisco. The tour will include a drive down the famous Crooked street, and Nob Hill as time permits. Then we head to the airport for your flight home.(B)

Weather: Weather for October is very lovely with daytime highs around the mid 80's and the mid 50's for the evenings around
Activity Level: This is an easy tour with limited walking and is a good fit for most travelers. You should be able to stand unassisted for up to 30 minutes at times during the wine tastings if needed. Most tasting we are siting for. You will need be able to keep up with the group without any assistance. At times you will need manage your own luggage. This trip is pretty easy for the average person however if you can't or choose not to participate in certain activities this is at your own discretion. However it cannot affect the groups participation nor can any tours or activities or refunds be offered or changed due to an individual not being able or not wanting to participate.
