Travel agents, We are pleased to work with registered travel agents looking to sell space into our tours. We pay 10% commission based on the double rate. We do do not pay commission on the single supplement in an effort to keep cost low for our clients. We understand that you work with clients looking for small tours such as ours that are open just to ladies and thus we we look to form a partnership with our fellow agents. In order to obtain your commission you must contact us prior to booking to let us know the name of the client you are working with before the booking form is filled out. Make sure your client adds your name to the booking form as her travel agent so we can properly track the booking. Commissions are paid out within 20 days of the final payment for the tour. If a client cancels her tour prior to departure and only the $500 deposit has been paid then no commission is paid. If your client cancels after the final payment has been made your commission is only protected if travel insurance was purchased and client is cancelling for an insured reason. Agent is responsible to ensure deposits and final payments are made on time. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
